Part Two : Zone Offense for Youth Coaches
Last week Coach Cianflone came on last week breaking down zone blocking concepts. Coach Cianflone with now talk about the runnung back work with coaching zone concepts.
Mini Bio:
Joe started coaching in the late 1970’s in Brooklyn, N.Y. . . He has coached Youth, High School, & Semi-Pro Football. Over his career he has coached in New York City, Florida, & most recently North Carolina. He is married to his best friend Susan; they have two grown children, Stephanie & Brian. Stephanie works for Belmont Abbey College as an Admission Counselor, while Brian is attending college. Joe recently retired from AT&T after 30 years of service.
Four seasons ago Joe returned to coaching Youth Football walking up to the Mint Hill program & introducing himself. Over those four seasons his teams has compiled a 55-1 record, & won 3 national championships. In 2010 Joe was named AYF coach of the year.
Joe has guided 5 teams to National championship games winning 4 times. He is most noted for his high scoring Spread offense. This Offense has been virtually unstoppable at the Youth Level.

Joe actually has a daughter from his first marriage. His daughter, Jillian, is an honors student at Saint Joseph’s College in Brooklyn. Brian and Stephanie Schwartz are his stepchildren.
